Tuesday night I attended Tinsley Mortimer’s book signing at Neiman Marcus hosted by HPNOTIQ Harmonie. Let me first begin by saying Tinsley is an absolute beauty. She looked amazing in an Alice & Olivia one-shoulder dress with pearl embellishment and full tutu-esque skirt! It was the perfect look for a party where you’re the center of attention. We mingled, indulged on cupcakes & macaroons and sipped on HPNOTIQ Harmonie cocktails; Southern Charm and my favorite Minty Julep.

Tinsley debut novel, Southern Charm chronicles Minty Davenport’s rise as a New York “It Girl”. While climbing the social ladder she quickly learns that her southern belle charm doesn’t necessarily guarantee success in Manhattan. She must decide if the glamorous life she thought she wanted is really everything she hoped it would. At the heart of her book is that of an irresistibly lovable young women who is on the brink of finding her dream. Sounds like a great read, right?

I Wear My Sunglasses At Night

Ok, so maybe I usually don’t wear my sunnies at night but I did Tuesday night when I attended “Sunglass At Night” at the W Hotel in Buckhead hosted by Cathy of Poor Little It Girl. It was such a relaxing atmosphere filled with a great mix of ATL party goers and fashionistas. Complimentary cocktails, yummy bites, neon mani’s by Bliss Spa and sexy chicas in neon pink bikini (made me want to do sit-ups as soon as I saw them). Upon entering the bar we were all given retro neon wayfarer!

Spring/Summer Trends with Neiman Marcus & The Baby Shopaholic

Happy Monday! I hope you all have recovered from Cinco De Mayo. We were actually pretty low-key this year but I still indulged in pineapple infused tequila shots, peach and mango margarita’s, fajita and of course gauc! Ok so maybe it wasn’t that low key…lol.

Before the weekend festivities began I joined the lovely Trina of The Baby Shopaholic for a Spring/Summer Trend Presentation with Style Advisor; Dave Ferguson of Neiman Marcus. We had such wonderful time. The champagne and wine were flowing, delicious bites were passed and their was even a spring inspired candy bar (all yellow everything).

Trina looked amazing in her Rachel Roy Blouse, Naven Shorts and these amazing feathered turquoise heels by BEBE. She was the perfect host! Here are some of my take aways from the evening that are a must for Summer.

A Morning with Madewell & Atlanta Style Bloggers

Although my body hadn’t quite adjusted from vacation and Saturday Mojito Night I couldn’t pass up the chance to hang with my Atlanta Style Bloggers at the Madewell Deminthon (a denim style-a-thon) hosted by Mattie James. Madewell, has some really amazing classic pieces and their denim fits like a glove!

      

Mattie and the girls at Madewell did an amazing job putting this event together. The morning was filled with Bellini’s, Cami Cakes mingling and a Style Competition!

We were broken up in teams and had ONE minute to pull together an outfit from the given scenario then THREE minutes to get dressed.

Trina looked HOT! Her style is effortless and chic. She loves dresses and big handbags (perfect when she is and Peyton are hanging) but inside her tote was a clutch for when she is ready for an evening with the girls or her Mr.

The competition was tough but….drumroll, I WON, I WON , I WON! I promise I felt like Susan Lucci. I won a $50 Madewell gift card and their special collection OPI polish; Madewell to Order.

We all had such a wonderful time and I can’t wait until the next Atlanta Style Blogger Event. If you are a Atlanta Style Blogger head over to ASB and join in on all the fun. Also, don’t forget to register for Mattiepalooza; trust me you don’t want to miss out!
